本书主要内容包括全国职称英语等级考试介绍、解题方法、按大纲题型编写的学习材料及2015年度全国职称英语等级考试试题。为反映自然科学和社会科学的*新发展，我们对2015年版《全国职称英语等级考试用书》的部分内容进行了更新。
本书目录中未加符号标注的文章难度相当于C级考试水平，供报考c级考试的应试者阅读；标有“ ”的文章相当于B级考试水平；标有“ ”的文章相当于A级考试水平。根据大纲要求，报考B级的应试者应同时阅读B级和C级水平的文章，报考A级的应试者虚同时阅读A级、B级和C级水平的文章。应试者也可根据自己的实际水平、兴趣及学习时间学习相关文章。为便于学习，随书赠送《全国专业技术人员职称英语等级考试辅导光盘(CD—ROM)》一张，光盘须凭封面防伪码安装；应试者还可凭该防伪码登录教材封面的网址查询2014年度全国职称英语等级考试试题参考答案及解析。
